Terms of service

Effective October 23, 2026

These terms cover your use of Rolewind, its website, and its Chrome extension. By creating an account you agree to them.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older to use Rolewind. You confirm this when you create your profile. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete its data.

What the service does

Rolewind lists jobs from employers' public job boards, scores how well they fit your profile, writes tailored resumes, cover letters, and answers when you ask, fills application forms when you click Fill, and tracks your applications. You review every application and click Submit yourself.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your profile and resume truthful and up to date. Answers and documents are based on what you give us.
• Review everything before you submit. AI-written text can be wrong or incomplete, and you are responsible for what you send to employers.
• Follow the terms of the job sites and employers you apply to.
• Do not misuse the service, including scraping it, reselling it, sharing your account, or using it to send applications that are not yours.

No guarantee of results

Match scores are estimates. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or that a listing is still open. Employers' sites are run by them, not us.

Plans and payments

• The daily job list, tracking, and match scores are free. Preparing a job uses 1 application. That covers a tailored resume, a cover letter, written answers and a recruiter note for that job. Free includes 1 interview prep; Pro has no limit.
• Pro starts with a 7-day free trial if you have not had one before. You add a payment method when the trial starts, and it is charged the plan price automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel in Settings first. If you cancel during the trial you are not charged and keep Pro until the trial ends. We email you a reminder 3 days before the first charge. The trial includes 25 prepared applications and 3 interview preps. One trial per person: if the payment method was already used for a trial, Pro starts and is charged right away.
• Applications included with a plan expire at the end of the month. Applications from a top-up bought earlier expire 90 days after purchase. They have no cash value.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• If something went wrong with a charge, contact us at support@rolewind.com and we will review it. If a payment is refunded, the applications it granted are removed.

Your content

Your profile, resume, and documents stay yours. You let us store and process them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of [your state or country].
